1️⃣ How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 5-7 business days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.

2️⃣ Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. Additional charges apply for COD orders.

3️⃣ Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your order through our Track Your Order page. A tracking link will also be sent via email/SMS after dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

4️⃣ Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if your item arrives damaged, we will replace it.

5️⃣ What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

  • Report it within 4-6 hours of delivery via Email/WhatsApp.
  • Send clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
  • Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement within 2-3 business days.

6️⃣ What if an item is missing from my package?

Please send us images of the damaged packaging, the box, and the items inside within 4-6 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve it.

Yes! Our jewelry is crafted from premium 316L stainless steel with PVD gold plating, making it waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnish-resistant.

8️⃣ How do I take care of my jewelry?

  • Avoid harsh chemicals (perfumes, lotions, cleaning agents).
  • Store properly in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth after wear.
